Let The Challenge Begin!
11 schools will compete in this years event and Leverington Academy were first to play in this years EASTER CHALLENGE. 185 children (split into 3 groups) aimed to beat their 2013 scores plus their friends as they competed for the trophies. And the winners were:
Group 1: Archie, 117 points
Group 2: Grady, 116 points
Group 3: Euan, 121 points
So Euan is Leverington Academy’s 2014 winner but will it be enough to win the 2014 School Trophy?
10 more schools to go and we recommence tomorrow with Heltwate School.
Group 1 with Miss Garner, Mrs Irvine, Mrs Hills, Miss Hopkins and Mrs Warren.
|
Group 2: Miss Gill, Mrs Preston, Mrs Shaw and Mr Welbourne. |
Group 3: Miss Scott, Miss Key, Mr Welbourne and Miss Sewell. |
They all enjoyed 1 game of Ten Pin Bowling + a trophy + orange and blackcurrant juice + the chance to win the School Winners Trophy (which currently resides in St. Peters Junior School)
Schools taking part this year: Burrowmoor Primary, St. Peters Junior, Guyhirn Primary, Murrow Primary, Heltwate, Leverington Academy, Ramnoth Junior, Tilney St Lawrence Community Primary School, West Walton Primary, Marshland St James Primary School and Westwood Juinor School. That’s 11 schools!
This year’s event is our 7th EASTER CHALLENGE and once again we invited Primary Schools to bring as many children as they’d like to enjoy a local and fun school trip. So make sure your school joins in next year!
The whole lot is totally free of course and is part of how we support the local community, more about that here .
And if you’d like to join us next year just give me a call on 01945 450629 to book your Easter Fun!
