Amazing Birthday Party Cakes
Over the years I’ve seen some amazing cakes at Play2Day birthday parties. Some have been works of art, the culmination of hours of creativity and skill. We’ve also seen some that could be best be described as underwhelming and a little less than amazing, ones you’ll not see photos of here!
If I’d started this blog a few years okay I’d of had thousands of cakes here, so lets get going…

Birthday Cake of the day…
…has to be Karolina’s (so I heard anyway!) with sponge and ice-cream centre (again, so I heard!)
Here’s Louise with the first cake of the day, a home made Disney Cars cake – yes home made, what a talented lady the party mum’s friend is. Oh, and if I’ve been reliably informed you can see Lightening McQueen on the top!
This birthday cake was a staff favourite, but I need a little help please – who are these colourful little characters?
This photo doesn’t do this cake justice (sorry!), but Lego cakes will always be popular.

Tommy-Lee’s grandmother created a historic masterpiece.
Iveah’s cake contained bananas and cream, an East European tradition or not it sounds good to me.
NA £1.99 supermarket special this certainly isn’t. Must have been as good as it looks because after 2 games of Lazer-Tag and a game of Ten Pin Bowling Alfie and friends (with a little parental assistance) almost ate it all!

Here’s Zoe showing us her latest hairstyle and Roxi’s birthday cake which proves beyond all doubt that purple is in fashion!

Help me out with the cats name please? Missed this birthday cake being cut which was disappointing.

Wow, a pink and purple castle birthday cake for Ella.
