The 2015 EASTER CHALLENGE: Guyhirn Primary School
With 13 schools and around 900 (yes, 900!) teachers and children taking part it’s promising to be another great event.
Yesterday and today we welcomed Guyhirn Primary School for their EASTER CHALLENGE. No traffic jams for these lucky children, just a swift 10 minute walk and they’re at Play2Day Family Entertainment Centre.
Their target score was a very impressive 138 points scored by Jack. Could they beat Jack?
Yesterdays first group were the Cubs and their winner with 138 points was Connor. Their second group was the Tigers class and their winner was Dodge with 113 points. And finally today’s class was the Lions and their winner was Jack with 102 points.
So, yes they did beat Jack and a really big well done to Connor with 138 points. It’s going to take a monumental effort to beat that and next school to try is Westwood Junior School.
You can keep up with the EASTER CHALLENGE plus everything else that’s happening at Play2Day Family Entertainment Centre on Facebook. We’ll see you there!
Just in case you’ve never joined in before, here’s what it’s all about…
It’s all about children and teachers sharing in a great school visit together. Because Ten Pin Bowling is the game everyone can play, children can challenge their teachers and also beat them too! And there’s sometimes a little dancing too. We can dim the lights, turn up the music, turn on the ultra violet lighting so you can bowl and dance as the uv reflects from the fluorescent artwork!
Children and teachers will enjoy
- a fun game of Ten Pin Bowling
- a trophy for the winner
- a trophy for the winning school
- orange and blackcurrant squash too
