What a lovely surprise! In between the bills and junk mail we opened a large envelope full of brightly coloured A4 posters. Upwell Community Primary School have been investigating different persuasive techniques through writing letters, adverts and other forms such as debates. The children’s aim was to produce an advert persuading people to visit a real life attraction and they chose Play2Day Indoor Children’s Play Centre – lucky us!
We’ve made the winner into a massive poster so you’ll easily see it next time you visit us. Also, on Thursday 6th of February I’m going to visit Mr Hyland and the children of Noble class to present them with a cheque for £25.00 and a FREEPLAY voucher, plus I’ve been asked to give a 10 minute talk about marketing – I’m looking forward to meeting them :-)
